Sending on the lifetime plan

How many campaign emails the lifetime plan allows, and what happens when you reach the limit

Updated 14 October 2026

The Lifetime (AppSumo) plan sends campaign emails within an allowance: each credit your workspace receives allows 1.25 emails. Sending itself never uses credits. SpamCipher ONE is the plan with no sending limit.

Note: The allowance never resets and only grows. Spending credits on checks or Cipher AI does not lower it.
Note: Importing leads is never limited.

Before you start

  • A workspace on the Lifetime (AppSumo) plan
  • About 3 minutes

How the allowance works

Step 1: What counts

  • Your AppSumo codes' credits. Each month's refill on the 1st adds to the allowance, and so do the credits a code gives the day you redeem it.
  • The credits your workspace received when you signed up, every credit pack you buy, credits earned from the getting-started steps, and credits we add for you.
  • Each of those credits adds 1.25 campaign emails. For example, a 2,000-credit pack adds 2,500 emails.
  • Every campaign email that leaves your mailbox counts, even one that later bounces, and so does an email sent from a signal.

Step 2: What your codes add each month

  • One code refills 2,000 credits a month, so it adds 2,500 campaign emails a month.
  • Two codes refill 5,000 credits, adding 6,250 emails a month. Three codes refill 10,000 credits, adding 12,500 emails a month.
  • Emails you do not send stay in the allowance. It adds up from month to month and never resets.

Step 3: At 80% and at 100%

  • At 80% of the allowance, SpamCipher tells you once how many emails are left.
  • At 100%, sending holds. Nothing fails and nothing is charged; your campaigns keep their place.
  • Sending starts again within about 15 minutes of buying a credit pack or moving to SpamCipher ONE.

Troubleshooting

My campaigns stopped and say sending is on hold

Your workspace has sent all the emails its credits allow so far. The next refill on the 1st adds more. To send sooner, buy a credit pack or add SpamCipher ONE, and sending resumes on its own.
