Sign up on an agency's address
Create your account on the sign-in page your agency gave you, or ask them for an invitation
Updated 14 October 2026
Some agencies give their clients SpamCipher on their own web address, such as app.youragency.com, with the agency's name and logo on the sign-in page. Whether you can create an account there yourself is up to the agency.
Before you start
- The address your agency gave you
- About 2 minutes
Create your account
Step 1: When sign-ups are open
- Open the address and choose to sign up. The page says Get started with a free account today.
- Sign up as you would on SpamCipher. Your new workspace has the agency as its agency partner, as if you had followed their link. Your price does not go up because of it.
Step 2: When sign-ups are not open
- The sign-up page says Sign-ups are not open here. Ask the agency that runs this workspace for an invitation.
- Ask your agency to invite your email address. Then open the link in the invitation email and create your account with that same address.
- This applies to signing up with Google or Microsoft too.
After you join
Step 3: Where your links go
- Sign in on your agency's address from then on. Links in emails about that workspace, such as invitations and password resets, take you there too.
Troubleshooting
It says an account with this email already exists
You already have a SpamCipher account. Sign in instead, on the agency's address, and ask the agency to invite you to their workspace if you are not in it yet.
I was invited but the page still says sign-ups are not open
Open the link in your invitation email rather than typing the address, and sign up with the address the invitation was sent to. Invitations work for 24 hours; ask for a new one if yours is older.
The page shows SpamCipher, not my agency
Check the address with your agency. Their name and logo appear only on the address they set up.
