Client access: what you can see

What you see when an agency invites you to the workspace it runs for you, and who to ask for more

Updated 14 October 2026

When an agency runs SpamCipher for your company, it can invite you to your workspace as a Client. You can follow your campaigns, read the replies and check how your email is landing, without being able to change anything. The agency keeps billing, the team and the setup.

Before you start

  • An invitation from your agency, accepted
  • About 3 minutes

What you see

Step 1: Your pages

  • Campaigns, with each campaign's results.
  • Unibox, where the replies to your campaigns arrive.
  • Domain Health, as the monitoring view of your domains.
  • Inbox Placement and Warm-up, to see where your email lands and how your mailboxes are warming up.
  • Settings, with your own Profile, Account and Email tabs, and the Help Center.

Step 2: You can look but not change

  • Everything in the client view is read only. Buttons that would start, edit, send or delete are left out, and SpamCipher refuses such a change if it is tried another way.
  • If you type the address of another page, SpamCipher takes you to Campaigns.

What stays with the agency

Step 3: What is hidden from a client

  • Billing, plans and credits, including Buy Credits and the Plan & Usage, Billing, Refer a friend and Redeem code tabs in Settings.
  • The team on Workspace & members, the integrations, and the agency's other workspaces.
  • Cipher AI and the agents, which act and spend credits for the agency.
  • The partner program.

Step 4: Your own workspace

  • Everyone who is invited also has a workspace of their own. The workspace menu at the top left lists only the workspaces you belong to; pick your agency's workspace there to see it.

Step 5: Who to ask

  • For anything you cannot do in the client view, ask your agency. The workspace owner or an admin there can change what you see, give you another role, or invite your colleagues.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see a page my agency mentioned

It may not be part of the client view. Ask your agency to show you, or to give you a different role.

I cannot see the campaigns at all

Check that you are in your agency's workspace, using the workspace menu at the top left. Your own workspace starts empty.

A button does nothing or is missing

The client view does not change anything in the workspace. Ask your agency to make the change.
