The partner price on your workspace

A workspace run by an approved SpamCipher agency buys SpamCipher ONE at the partner price: 20% to 40% off, depending on the agency's tier. You can see it in three places: the workspace menu, Settings, and the pricing page.

Where it shows

Step 1: In the workspace menu

• Click the workspace name at the top left. A workspace on the partner price shows Partner price beside its plan and your role.

Step 2: In Settings

• In Settings, on the Workspace & members tab, the Workspace card has a Price line with the Partner price tag.
• Click See the price to open the pricing page.

Step 3: On the pricing page

• The SpamCipher ONE card shows Partner price with the tier and its percentage off.
• The full price is struck through, with the partner price under it.
• The line beside the tag says how many more paid workspaces reach the next tier.

How it works

Step 4: At checkout and at every renewal

• The partner price is taken off automatically when the workspace buys SpamCipher ONE.
• It is checked again at every paid invoice. It follows the agency's tier up or down.
• If no approved agency partner is the owner or an admin of the workspace any more, the next renewal is at the full price.

Step 5: Between the agency and its client

• The agency charges its client what it likes for its service. That is between the two of them.
• A workspace on the partner price earns the agency no commission, and cannot also have an agency partner.
