Credits on the lifetime plan
How many credits the lifetime plan gives, when they arrive, and where to see them

The Lifetime (AppSumo) plan adds credits to your workspace every month: 2,000 with one code, 5,000 with two and 10,000 with three. Credits pay for checking and finding email addresses, Cipher AI and Domain Health scans, the same as on every plan.
Note: Your first month's credits arrive the moment you redeem a code, on your pay-as-you-go balance, where they never expire.
Note: After that, your monthly credits are added on the 1st of each month.

When credits arrive
Step 1: At redemption
- When you redeem a code, that month's credits are added at once to your pay-as-you-go balance. With a second or third code, the difference between the levels is added.
Step 2: On the 1st of each month
- On the 1st of each month, your plan's monthly credits are added to your monthly plan credits.
- SpamCipher uses your monthly plan credits first and your pay-as-you-go balance after them.

Step 3: Open Plan & Usage
- Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu, then the Plan & Usage tab.
- Monthly plan credits shows what is left of your monthly credits. Pay-as-you-go balance shows credits that never expire, including your first month's code credits.
Troubleshooting
I redeemed a code but my monthly plan credits did not change
The first month's credits go to your pay-as-you-go balance, not to the monthly credits. The monthly credits follow on the 1st.
What uses credits?
Checking an address, finding an address, Cipher AI and Domain Health scans. Sending, warm-up, the CRM and automations do not use credits. See Credits, what uses them.
