Sign the partner agreement

Accept the partner agreement and the code of conduct before your first payout

Agencies in the partner program accept two documents in the app: the Solutions Partner Agreement and the Deliverability Code of Conduct. They say how you earn, how you are paid, and how every client workspace you run must send. We pay your first payout once both are accepted.

Note: Affiliates do not see this card. They accepted the affiliate terms when they applied.

Before you start

  • An approved agency partner account (resell or refer)
  • About 3 minutes, plus the time to read both documents

Accept both documents

Step 1: Open the agreement

  • On the Overview tab of your partner area, under Next payout, click Sign the partner agreement. It opens the Get paid tab.

Step 2: Read and tick each one

  • Click Solutions Partner Agreement and Deliverability Code of Conduct to read them on spamcipher.com.
  • Tick the box beside each document you accept.

Step 3: Click Accept

  • Click Accept. The card says Signed and the date.
  • You can accept one now and the other later. Each is accepted once.

After you sign

Step 4: Where the documents stay

  • Both documents stay on spamcipher.com, linked from the same card, whenever you need them.
  • Signing cannot be undone in the app. If you want to leave the program, contact us.

Troubleshooting

I cannot click Accept

Accept works once you tick at least one of the two boxes.

It says to accept the other one too before my first payout

You accepted one document. Tick the other and click Accept again.

I am an affiliate and do not see the agreement

That is expected. Affiliates accepted the affiliate terms when they applied.
