Payouts and statements
When we pay you, what has to be in place first, and the statement for each payout
Updated 14 October 2026
We pay partners once a month, on the 15th, by PayPal in US dollars. Every payout comes with a statement listing the commissions it covers, which you can keep as an invoice.
Note: Payouts start at $50 due. A smaller amount rolls over to the next month.
Before you start
- An approved partner or affiliate account
- About 3 minutes
Before your first payout
Step 1: Check Next payout
- On the Overview tab, Next payout shows the next 15th and how much is due.
- Until everything is in place, it lists what is still needed. Click an item to open Get paid.
Step 2: What has to be in place
- Agencies sign the partner agreement and the code of conduct. Affiliates accepted their terms when they applied.
- Everyone adds a PayPal address and tax details under Get paid.
- Your due total must be $50 or more on the 15th, and your partnership must not be paused.

Step 3: Open the Payouts tab
- In your partner area, click Payouts.
- Before your first payout, it says No payouts yet.
Step 4: What each payout shows
- The period it covers, the amount, how it was paid, our payment reference and the date it was paid. Being sent means it is on its way.
- When we send it, you get an email saying your payout is on its way. Allow a few days for it to reach your PayPal account.
Step 5: Download a statement
- Click Download statement beside a payout. It saves the statement to your computer as a web page you can open, print or keep.
- It shows the statement number, the period, who was paid (your legal name and address from your tax details), the payment method and reference, the date paid, your GST/HST number if you gave one, and every commission in the payout with its total.
- Lines marked clawback offset a refunded or disputed payment.
