White label your brand and logo
Put your agency's name, colour and logo on what your clients see
Updated 14 October 2026
As an approved agency, you can put your own name, colour and logo on SpamCipher for your clients. They see your brand on your own login address and inside the app there, and in the emails from the workspaces you run.
Note: White label is for agencies (resell and refer). Affiliates do not have this tab.
Note: Save your brand first. Your own login address needs it.
Before you start
- An approved agency partner account
- Your logo as a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG file under 4 MB
- Your brand colour as a hex value, such as #0a7b55
- About 4 minutes
Your name and colour
Step 1: Open White label
- In your partner area, click White label.
Step 2: Type your name and pick your colour
- In Name, type your agency's name as clients should see it, up to 80 characters.
- Under Colour, pick it from the swatch or type the hex value.
Step 3: Check the preview and save
- The preview shows your name and a Sign in button in your colour.
- Click Save brand.
Your logo
Step 4: Upload your logo
- Under Logo, click Upload logo and choose the file. It is saved as soon as it uploads.
- A wide logo works best. We fit it inside 440 by 120 pixels.
- To change it later, the same button says Replace logo.
Where your brand shows
Step 5: What your clients see
- On your own login address, the sign-in page and the app wear your name, colour and logo, with a small Powered by SpamCipher at the foot.
- Emails from every workspace your account owns or is an admin of, such as team invitations, carry your brand too.
- If your colour is very light, we darken it on the sign-in button so the text stays readable.
Troubleshooting
It says the colour is a hex value like #0a7b55
Type a hash sign followed by six letters or digits, or pick the colour from the swatch.
It says the logo must be a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG image
Save your logo in one of those formats, under 4 MB, and upload it again.
I do not see the White label tab
