Sign-ups on your login address

Decide whether anyone can sign up on your own login address, or only the people you invite

Updated 14 October 2026

Once your own login address is live, you decide who can create an account there. Keep it for the clients you invite, or open it to anyone, so every new workspace created there becomes your referral.

Note: The switch appears on the White label tab once you have set up a login address. The picture shows the tab before that.

Before you start

  • An approved agency partner account with a live login address
  • About 3 minutes

Find the switch

Step 1: Open White label

  • In your partner area, click White label.

Step 2: Allow sign-ups on my login address

  • In the Login address card, under your address, turn Allow sign-ups on my login address on or off. It is saved at once.
  • A new address starts with sign-ups off.

Off or on

Step 3: Off, invitations only

  • Only people you invite can create an account on your address. Invite them to a workspace you own or are an admin of, and they can sign up there with the invited email address.
  • Those clients are not referrals. They join a workspace you already run.

Step 4: On, anyone can sign up

  • Anyone can create an account on your address, wearing your brand.
  • Every new workspace created there becomes your referral, unless the person came through a partner link, which then counts instead.
  • These workspaces show under Referrals in your partner area, and earn commission like any referral.

Step 5: When sign-ups stop

  • Sign-ups work only while your address is Live.
  • Removing the address turns sign-ups off. A new address starts closed again.

Troubleshooting

I do not see the switch

It appears once you have set up a login address on the White label tab.

Someone could not sign up on my address

With sign-ups off, only people with an invitation can sign up, using the invited email address. Turn sign-ups on, or invite them to your workspace.
