How to set up a booking page
Make a page where a prospect picks a time, and put its link in your emails
Updated 11 October 2026
A booking page is a public link where someone chooses a meeting time from the hours you set. SpamCipher sends the invite from one of your mailboxes, and the booking shows on the Booking pages console. Put the link in a campaign with {{booking_link}}, or let the Reply Agent offer it when someone asks for a time.
Before you start
- A connected mailbox to send invites from
- About 5 minutes
Make the page
Step 1: Open Booking pages
- In the left menu, point to the paper plane icon to open Outreach.
- Click Booking pages.
Step 2: Start a new page
- Click + New page at the top right.
Step 3: Name it and choose who hosts
- Name is what the prospect sees, for example 30 minutes with Dana.
- Link name is the end of the public link. It is made from the name unless you type one.
- Host name and Host email go on the invite. Timezone is the one your hours are in.
- Invites go from is the mailbox that sends the invite. Choose a Google or Microsoft mailbox to be able to skip the times you are busy.
Step 4: Set the length and your hours
- Meeting length is how long each slot is. The buffer keeps a gap between meetings, and the shortest notice stops someone booking a slot that starts in ten minutes.
- Under Weekly hours, untick the days you do not take meetings and set the hours for the rest. Add a second window to a day with + window.
- Click Create page.
Use the link
Step 5: Copy the link and switch the page on
- Your page is listed under Pages with its link. Click Copy link to copy it.
- A page marked switched off books nothing yet. Click Switch on when it is ready, and Switch off to pause it later.
- Click Edit to change anything, including the hours.
Step 6: Put it in your emails
- In a campaign's sequence, click Insert booking link under an email, or type {{booking_link}} anywhere in it. Each email carries the link to this page.
- Bookings made from a campaign's link are counted against that campaign on this console, under From campaigns.
- The Reply Agent offers the page when someone asks for a time, and books the time they name.
Troubleshooting
Create page is greyed out
Name, host name, host email and at least one day with hours are needed. The page also needs a mailbox to send from; connect one on Email Accounts.
The link says the page is not available
The page is switched off. Open Booking pages and click Switch on.
Someone booked a time I was busy
Only a Google or Microsoft mailbox can read your calendar, and only with Skip times I am busy ticked on the page. With another mailbox, add your busy hours to the weekly hours instead.
The invite did not arrive
Invites go from the mailbox under Invites go from. If that mailbox is paused or disconnected, the invite cannot be sent; fix it on Email Accounts and the booking still stands.
