How to duplicate a campaign

Copy a campaign's emails, settings and mailboxes into a new draft

Updated 27 October 2026

Duplicating a campaign makes a new draft with the same emails and follow-ups, the same sending settings and the same mailboxes. Its leads are not copied, so nobody is emailed twice by mistake: you add leads to the copy before you launch it. The original campaign is not changed.

Note: The copy keeps the emails and follow-ups, stop on reply, open and click tracking, the daily limit, the start and end dates, and the mailboxes that send, standby mailboxes included.
Note: The copy does not keep the leads, the results, or a booking page you chose for the original. Pick the booking page again on the copy if its emails use the booking link.
Note: The copy is made in the workspace you are in.

Before you start

  • A campaign to copy, in any status
  • About 2 minutes

Make the copy

Step 1: Open Campaigns

  • In the left menu, point to the paper plane icon to open Outreach.
  • Click Campaigns.

Step 2: Open the campaign's menu

  • Find the campaign in the list.
  • Click the three dots at the end of its row.

Step 3: Duplicate it

  • Click Duplicate campaign.
  • A draft named Copy of and the campaign's name appears in the list.

Get the copy ready

Step 4: Rename it, add leads, and launch

  • Open the copy's menu the same way and click Rename to give it its own name.
  • Open the copy, add its leads on the Leads tab, and check the emails on the Sequence tab.
  • Launch it when it is ready. Until then it stays a draft and sends nothing.

Troubleshooting

I do not see Duplicate campaign in the menu

People invited to a workspace as a client can see campaigns but not change them. Ask the workspace owner to duplicate it, or to change your role.

The copy has no leads

Leads are never copied. Add them on the copy's Leads tab, from a file, a saved list or a Super Search.

I want the copy in another workspace

A copy is made in the workspace you are in. Switch to the other workspace and create the campaign there.
