How to find leads with Super Search

Search by industry, location, company and role, then add the people you pick to a campaign

Updated 11 October 2026

Super Search is a database of people and companies you can search from inside SpamCipher. Describe who you want to reach, or build the search from filters, and it shows matching people with their title, company and location. You reveal an address only for the people you choose, and you can add them straight to a campaign or to My Contacts.

Note: What it costs: searching and browsing results is free. Revealing a person's email address uses credits, and so does a search written with AI (5 credits per AI call). The exact cost is shown on the button before you pay it.
Note: Confidence is how sure SpamCipher is that the address is right. Verified means the address was checked and accepted recently.

Before you start

  • A SpamCipher account with some credits, if you want to reveal addresses
  • An idea of who you want to reach: a role, an industry, a country
  • About 5 minutes

Step 1: Open Super Search

  • In the left menu, click the magnifying glass icon, Super Search.

Step 2: Describe who you are looking for

  • At the top, type a sentence in your own words, for example "CFOs at technology companies that are hiring".
  • Click Search with AI. SpamCipher turns your sentence into filters and runs the search.
Note: An AI search uses 5 credits. You can get the same result for free by setting the filters yourself, in the next step.

Step 3: Or build the search from the filters

  • On the left, open a group such as Industry, Location, Company or Role and tick what you want.
  • The number next to each choice is how many people match it.
  • Type a name, title or company in the box at the top of the filters to narrow the list further.
  • Tick Skip leads I already own to hide people who are already in your contacts or campaigns.

Step 4: Read the results

  • Each row is one person, with their title, company and location.
  • Confidence shows how sure SpamCipher is about their email address, and the date it was last checked.
  • Use Best match at the top right to sort by seniority, by the most recently verified, or by the highest confidence.

Use what you found

Step 5: Reveal an address

  • Click Reveal on a row to see that person's email address. The button shows what the reveal costs before you click.
  • A revealed address stays visible for you and your team. Revealing it again is free.

Step 6: Pick people and add them to a campaign

  • Tick the box at the start of each row you want. A bar appears above the list with what you selected.
  • Choose a campaign under Add to campaign to put them into it as leads, or click Save to add them to My Contacts first.
  • People without a revealed address are revealed as part of this, so the bar tells you how many that is.

Step 7: Save the search for next time

  • Click Save at the bottom of the filters to keep this set of filters under a name.
  • Load brings a saved search back. Run it again later to catch people who were added since.

Troubleshooting

The list is empty

Your filters do not match anyone together. Click Clear all and add the filters back one at a time, starting with the one that matters most.

Reveal says I do not have enough credits

Click Buy Credits at the top right. Searching and browsing stay free; only reveals and AI searches use credits.

A person I added to a campaign is not in it

Open the campaign's Leads tab. If the address was already in another campaign or in your suppressions, SpamCipher skips it and says so in the import summary.
