Your partner area at a glance
Where to find your partner area, and what each number on the Overview tab means
Updated 14 October 2026
Once you are approved, Partner program in the app opens your partner area. It shows your link, what you have earned and what is on its way to you, and has a tab for each part of the program. The page has its own top bar, so it works even if your own workspace's trial has ended.
Before you start
- An approved partner or affiliate account
- About 4 minutes
Open your partner area
Step 1: Open Partner program
- Click your name or initials at the bottom of the left menu, then Partner program.
- To go back to your workspace later, click Open the app at the top right of the partner area.
The top of the page
Step 2: Your link, your code and what you earn
- Under Your partner area, the line in grey says what you earn. An agency sees its tier, an affiliate its rate.
- Your link is the link to share. Click Copy to copy it. Your code is under it.
Step 3: The five numbers
- Clicks, 30 days: visits to any page with your code in the last 30 days.
- Paying referrals: workspaces you referred that are paying now, out of all your referrals.
- Pending: commission in its 30-day hold. Due: commission ready for the next payout. Paid to you: everything we have paid you so far.

Step 4: Clicks and your next payout
- Clicks on your link has a bar for each of the last 30 days.
- Next payout shows the next 15th and what is due. Until you have signed the agreement and added PayPal and tax details, it lists what is still needed. Click one to open Get paid.
Step 5: Your rung
- Your rung shows the five tiers, with yours highlighted, and your paid workspaces and months with us.
- The line under it says how many more paid workspaces reach the next tier.
- Affiliates do not have tiers. Their rate is in the line under Your partner area.
Step 6: Latest commissions
- Latest commissions lists your five newest commissions and when each is paid.
- Click All commissions for the full list.
Step 7: The other tabs
- Referrals, Commissions and Payouts list your workspaces, your earnings and what we have paid you.
- Get paid is where you sign the agreement and add PayPal and tax details. A dot beside it means something is still needed.
- Directory profile, White label and Assets are your listing, your own branded sign-in page, and logos and words you can use.
Troubleshooting
I do not see Partner program in the menu
A client of an agency does not see it. Switch to your own workspace from the workspace menu at the top left.
Partner program shows the application form, not my partner area
Your account is not a partner yet, or your application is still being read. If you applied on spamcipher.com, sign in with the email address you applied with.
It says my partnership is paused
While it is paused, your link does not track new clicks and nothing is paid. Contact us to ask why.
Clicks could not be loaded just now
The rest of the page still works. Reload it in a minute.
