Prices are the base SpamCipher ONE configuration, $94.99 a month at list. A full year with us lifts you a tier, three years two. A tier is lost only after sixty days below its threshold. Bringing clients? We agree your starting tier when you apply.

What counts, what is paid, when, and the rules. The same terms apply to every partner.
Who qualifies
- Resell and refer: a registered business with a website, a SpamCipher workspace of your own, and at least one live client you run outbound for.
- Affiliate: an audience that trusts you: a newsletter, a community, a channel, a review site. No account needed.
- We read every application within two working days and keep the program small on purpose.
What counts
- Commissionable: SpamCipher ONE, monthly and annual, and enterprise contracts.
- Not commissionable: credit packs, done-for-you setup, verification packs, and anything refunded.
- Tiers count the paid workspaces you resell and the clients you refer, together.
How you are paid
- The partner price is taken off each invoice at checkout. Nothing to claim.
- Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th, after a 30-day hold so refunds clear, from a $50 minimum, by bank transfer or PayPal.
- Attribution: a 60-day cookie, last click wins, locked at the client's first payment.
The rules
- Clean sending: no purchased lists without consent, suppression lists honoured across clients, warm-up before volume.
- Fair play: no self-referral, no bidding on our brand, clear disclosure to your clients and readers.
- One deal per workspace: a resold workspace earns no commission; a referred client never takes the partner price. A breach ends the partnership and forfeits the unpaid balance.

Resell and refer, yes, but never both on one workspace: a workspace on the partner price earns no commission, and a referred client never takes the partner price. Affiliate and solutions partner are one or the other, since both pay on referred revenue and we never pay twice on one account.
Paid workspaces you run or refer set your tier: 3 for Bronze, 6 for Silver, 12 for Gold, 25 for Platinum. A full year with us lifts you one tier and three years lift you two. You move up the moment you qualify and down only after sixty days below the threshold.
Tell us how many when you apply and we agree your starting tier. It is a floor: your earned tier can only lift you above it.
